Conditions
Glioma
Oligodendroglioma
Astrocytoma
Diffuse astrocytoma (grade II)
This clinical trial evaluates the safety and feasibility of a vaccine-based immunotherapy called GBM6-AD in patients with newly diagnosed or recurrent low-grade glioma. The vaccine contains glioblastoma lysate, which may help train patients' immune systems to recognize molecules made by glioma cells.
Conditions
Glioma
Astrocytoma
Pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma (grades II-III)
Pilocytic astrocytoma (grade I)
Brainstem Glioma
Diffuse Midline Glioma
Medulloblastoma
Choroid Plexus Tumors
Atypical Teratoid / Rhaboid Tumor (AT/RT)
The purpose is to evaluate cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning over time in patients already enrolled in a Children’s Oncology Group Phase III clinical trial.
Conditions

Astrocytoma
Pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma (grades II-III)
Pilocytic astrocytoma (grade I)
Brainstem Glioma
Diffuse Midline Glioma
Atypical Teratoid / Rhaboid Tumor (AT/RT)
Ependymoma
Medulloblastoma
This phase I clinical trial studies the side effects and best dose of pevonedistat when given together with irinotecan hydrochloride and temozolomide in treating patients with recurrent/refractory solid tumors (including CNS tumors) or lymphoma.
Conditions
Glioma
Astrocytoma
Oligodendroglioma
Diffuse astrocytoma (grade II)
This clinical trial will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and anti-tumor activity of AG-120 or AG-881, when administered to patients with recurrent low-grade glioma before surgery.
Conditions
Glioma
Astrocytoma
Glioblastoma (grade IV)
Anaplastic astrocytoma (grade III)
Oligodendroglioma
Chemotherapy treatment of high grade gliomas (HGG), among other brain tumors, faces several challenges including the effective delivery of drugs to the tumor site. This clinical trial tests the combination of two different strategies for the delivery of a chemotherapy drug in patients with HGG.
