Summary

This phase II clinical trial will evaluate the efficacy and side effects of larotrectinib in treating patients with previously untreated TRK fusion solid tumors (including central nervous system (CNS) tumors) and relapsed TRK fusion acute leukemia.

This clinical trial evaluates the safety and feasibility of a vaccine-based immunotherapy called GBM6-AD in patients with newly diagnosed or recurrent low-grade glioma. The vaccine contains glioblastoma lysate, which may help train patients' immune systems to recognize molecules made by glioma cells.
