Specialties: Adult brain tumors, including brain metastases

Dr. Daras is a neuro-oncologist specializing in the care of adults with brain tumors, including primary brain tumors like gliomas and meningiomas, as well as brain metastases. Dr. Daras leads the Brain Metastases Clinic at the BTC and has significant experience in the diagnosis and treatment of metastasis to the central nervous system. 

Dr. Daras' research focuses on therapeutic trials for both metastatic and primary brain tumors. She is also interested in developing the use of advanced imaging techniques to guide treatment and/or detect early tumor progression as more targeted therapies and immunotherapies transition to clinic.
