Living with a brain tumor can bring ongoing emotional challenges, including anxiety, uncertainty, and changes in overall well-being. Melissa Brie, PsyD, a neuropsychologist at the UCSF Brain Tumor Center, offers practical, evidence-based strategies to support emotional wellness throughout the brain tumor journey. She is joined by Christine Woodling, who offers reflections on her personal coping strategies. The presentation begins with an overview of general wellness practices that can help boost mood, followed by a deeper exploration of managing anxiety, dealing with uncertainty, and developing healthy coping skills.

This webinar was recorded at the SF Brain Tumor Support Group on August 5, 2026, and sponsored by the Sheri Sobrato Brain Cancer Survivorship Program.
