IDH Inhibitor Therapy: Intro

This video series, created by the Sheri Sobrato Brain Cancer Survivorship Program, is intended to provide general information about a new and promising treatment for adult patients with low-grade gliomas called IDH inhibitor therapy. This targeted drug therapy was developed based on our understanding of the mutations present in low-grade gliomas, specifically mutations in isocitrate dehydrogenase.
